Aequitas Technologies LLC is a privately held Virginia-based company, focusing on producing Web 2.0 networked consumer electronics.

Funded in 2006, Aequitas Technologies developed the proprietary Interactive Consumer Electronics Platform (ICEP). ICEP is a complete package of Linux-based software platform running on top of a specially designed SOC board. It supports powerful touch screen GUI functionalities and a complete set of networking features. Today, this platform enables Aequitas to develop multiple consumer interactive products with some of the latest Web 2.0 features.

R&D team at Aequitas recently created the iGala Wireless Digital Picture Frame, which automatically synchronizes with Flickr online photos sets. Also, it supports the Gmail photo attachment and comes with an easy-to-use touch screen user interface.
