The new back support design costs a four weeks delay

We discovered various problems while testing with the original fold-in/built-in back support design. Our original design thinking was to make the supporting rack part of the frame so that customers will not lose it when not using it. We redesigned the back rack as shown in the photo and it will delay our time to market by 4 weeks.

For those who sent in emails for a reservation, you should expect the private sell session around mid August.
